Patient Companion Card (Demo) — Not a government ID
Klevr Bud helps Louisiana patients keep their own medical cannabis details handy on a minimal wallet card with an optional QR they control. It does not replace the physician recommendation on file with your pharmacy and is not required for purchase.
Louisiana program access is via a physician recommendation sent to your chosen pharmacy. This card is a personal reference only.
1) You control the info
Add only what you want on the card (e.g., your name and your pharmacy). No diagnoses are printed. Optional physician name with consent.
2) Optional QR you own
Point the QR to a link you control (patient portal, secure file, or no QR at all). We don’t access your medical records.
3) Clean & durable
Modern design, wallet size, matte or glossy finish. Clear disclaimer printed on front to prevent confusion.

Legal & compliance (plain‑English)
Louisiana access is via a physician recommendation on file with a pharmacy. This card is optional and has no legal status.
Design choices that keep it compliant
- Clear front‑side disclaimer (“Not government‑issued • Not required for purchase”).
- No state seals, no wording like “license,” “permit,” or “registry.”
- Consumer‑controlled QR/NFC link (you provide the URL).
- Data minimization: no condition/diagnosis printed.
Data & privacy stance
- We avoid collecting medical details. If you give a URL, it’s yours.
- If we ever host links in production, we’ll follow strong security and breach‑notice best practices.
FAQ: Will dispensaries accept this card?
Dispensaries validate your eligibility from your physician recommendation in their system. This card is just for your own convenience.
FAQ: Is this required in Louisiana?
No. Louisiana does not issue patient “MMJ cards.” Access relies on your doctor’s recommendation on file with your pharmacy.
